 Delivery time may vary, depending on our work load, mail and order processing time. Please, be patient.

 Probably Yes. These routines need a post Microsoft Windows 2000 operating system, and Microsoft Excel installed.

 Microsoft Windows 2000 to Windows 7, with Microsoft Excel installed.

5. Our problem is very particular/special...
 We think that our routines are quite general and flexible. You could try to customize then,
helped by our supporting staff.
If you have very specific needs, we could develop a personalized version for you.

6. Will your solutions work if used with any spreadsheet other than Microsoft Excel?
 Microsoft Excel has a special way to manage add-ins. So, our solutions will not work for other spreadsheets.

 Sorry; not for now. There is a plenty of open source software on the web. Feel free to search and compare...

 No problem. The installer does not require special rights.

 Be sure you have a working Paypal account. They can help you to make it.

11. I can't find a file required by one of the demos. Where is it?
 The files will be installed in a path of your choice when you purchase the installation program,
or accesible by Microsoft Excel.
You can download some screenshots of the installation process for each of our products.

 Please, be sure to type a valid email address to answer you, if you need a response.

13. I've simply copied the files from one machine to another, but this doesn't work!
 The activaton of the routines is for a very specific machine. This is the way the schema works.
Please, use the provided installers to properly setup the environment before running applications using these products.

14. Ok. I've installed the program, using the received activation code. Now what?
 Now you can follow the examples, to use your clustering routines.
Please, run/edit the examples to see how to transfer data, activate the engine, and get results.
